An Arduino sketch to test the WTV020-SD-16P sound module

This sketch uses pins 9,10,11,12 to control the WTV020-SD-16P module and play through 5 audio tracks.

It works OK if the module uses 3.3V from Arduino but was not reliable when I changed the module jumper to 5V. Don't know if that was a code problem or hardware. The SD reader part of the module is very voltage fussy and likes 3.6V. Something to work on there...
